For each appointment, payment is due in full at the time of service; this may be accomplished through assignment of dental benefits. We will provide a complementary benefits check for you if this information is submitted to our office at least 3 business days prior to the appointment. Otherwise we will collect at time of service and reimburse after insurance has processed. Any estimate of cost provided is an estimate and there may be a balance due after assignment of benefits.
